Request your free water test
About twenty minutes at your kitchen sink. We test your water, explain what we find, and leave you the results. There is no charge and no obligation.
What happens when we come out
One of our people arrives at the time you picked, sets a small case on the counter, and runs the tests right there at the kitchen sink so you can watch. We measure hardness, check for iron, and go through taste and odor with you. It takes about twenty minutes.
Then we sit down and go through the numbers. Not a brochure, the actual numbers from your actual tap, written down and explained in plain English. If your water is fine, we will tell you your water is fine. If something needs attention, we will tell you what it is, what equipment addresses it, and roughly what that looks like for a house your size.
You keep the results either way. There is nothing to sign and nothing to decide while we are standing there.

Questions people ask before booking
Is it really free? Yes. The test costs nothing and it does not obligate you to anything. We would rather have you know what is in your water than not.
Do I need to be on a well? No. City water in Columbus is hard water, and hardness is the most common thing we find on either supply.
How long does it take? About twenty minutes for the testing. If you have questions afterward we will stay and answer them.
What if I already have a softener? Bring us in anyway. We service every brand, and sometimes the answer is that the equipment you own needs attention rather than replacing.
