What actually happens
We test your water at the kitchen sink
A free test at the tap you actually drink from, covering hardness, iron, pH and total dissolved solids. It takes about twenty minutes, we read the results with you on the spot, and you keep them in writing whether or not you ever call us again.
You get a recommendation in writing
What the water needs, what it costs, and nothing it does not need. Quotes are written, good for a year, and 0% financing is typically available. If the test comes back fine, we tell you that too and leave it there. It happens.
Our own team installs and stays
Installation typically takes about half a day, done by our own technicians rather than subcontractors. Afterward, salt delivery, filter changes and any repairs come from the same local people who did the install.

What the test actually measures
- Hardness in grains per gallon, the number that sizes a softener
- Iron, the source of orange staining and metallic taste
- pH, which shapes equipment choices and protects your plumbing
- Total dissolved solids, the overall mineral load in the water
Well water can carry more variables than city water, and the same visit covers those when they appear.
