Local, independent and accountable
Cardinal Water Solutions opened in 2009 with a straightforward standard: test the water first, and let the results decide what happens next. That order still shapes how we work. We would rather tell you your water needs less than you feared than sell you equipment the test does not support.
We are independently owned. The equipment we recommend, the service standard we keep, and the way a project unfolds are decisions made here in Columbus, not at a national office.

Why Kinetico
The equipment we chose to stand behind
When you install and service water systems for a living, you become particular about what carries your name. We chose Kinetico because it is engineered differently: the systems run without electricity, driven by the movement of the water itself, so there is nothing to program and nothing to reset when the power fails.
The twin tank design keeps one tank in service while the other regenerates, so the house never runs on untreated water. And Kinetico has built this equipment in Newbury, Ohio since 1970. We install systems made in our own state, and we like being able to say so.
Accountable to our neighbors, not a head office
We live in the area we serve. When we stand behind an installation, that promise carries our own names, and our customers hold us to it.
