What to expect
What happens after you get in touch
If you call during business hours, you get an answer on the call itself. If you leave a message or book a water test through the site, somebody calls or texts you back within one business hour to agree on a day and a window, and you are told by name who is coming.
We do not use the first call to sell anything. It is a scheduling conversation and a chance for you to ask whatever you want to ask before letting somebody into your kitchen. If it turns out we are not the right fit, that is a fine way for the call to end.
If you are an existing customer
Use the same number. Service questions on systems we installed go to the same two people who put them in, and quite a few of them get sorted out on the phone without anybody driving over. If you have a filter change due, we will already be calling you about it.
There is no showroom
Everything we do happens at your house, so we do not keep a storefront for people to walk into. The equipment is not something you judge by looking at it on a plinth. It is something you judge by what comes out of your taps, which is why the visit is free.
You are told by name who is coming before anyone gets in the truck.
