Cardinal Water Solutions is an authorized, independent Kinetico dealer. Independent is the important word: we are our own company, and the people who test your water are the people who install it and service it afterward.
What we are
Authorized by Kinetico, owned by us
Kinetico designs and builds the equipment in Newbury, Ohio. We are the local company authorized to sell, install and service it here. That split matters more than it sounds like it does, because it means the manufacturer answers for the machine and we answer for everything that happens in your house.
Nobody at this company is on commission from a call center in another state. There is no lead being resold three times before somebody knocks on your door. When you call the number on this site, you are calling us, and when we schedule a visit, one of the two people on this page is the one who shows up.
We work in Columbus and across Central Ohio, including Dublin, Westerville, Grove City, Hilliard, Gahanna, Powell, Worthington, Upper Arlington and Reynoldsburg. If you are not sure whether your town counts, call and ask. The answer is usually yes, and if it is not, we will tell you straight rather than sending somebody an hour out and charging for it later.
Kinetico authorizes us to sell, install and service its equipment here. That authorization is the only badge on this page, because it is the only one that decides whether we are allowed to work on your house. Marcus is separately WQA certified, which is about his training rather than about the company.

We service what we sell
The installation is not the end of the relationship. Some of the systems we look after have been running since the year we opened, and the person who comes out is the person who put them in.
