Book a water test
Twenty minutes, at your kitchen counter, at no charge
Send us the details below and somebody calls or texts you back within one business hour to agree on a day and a window. You will be told by name who is coming.
Tell us where to come
Everything except your name and phone number is optional. The more you tell us, the better prepared whoever visits will be.
Before you send it
What you are agreeing to, and what you are not
You are agreeing to about twenty minutes with one person at your kitchen counter. Five tests run in front of you, a look at where your water enters the house, an explanation of the numbers against the published figures for your area, and a written installed price if equipment makes sense.
You are not agreeing to buy anything, to sit through a presentation, or to make a decision that day. Every quote we write is good for a year, so nothing is lost by taking your time with it.
The full walkthrough, minute by minute, is on the visit page, including what we bring and what we will not do.

Five readings, taken at your sink, with you watching.
Good to know
Three things worth knowing before the day
None of these change anything you have to do. They just mean nothing on the day is a surprise.
You get told who is coming
When we call back to confirm, we tell you whether it is Dan or Marcus, and you get a message on the morning of the visit when we are on the way. If we are running behind, you hear it from us first.
Nothing needs preparing
Do not clean the basement, do not buy salt, and do not stop using the water beforehand. Ordinary conditions give the most honest reading. We only need to reach the kitchen sink and the main water line.
Both decision makers, if you can
If two people decide things together in your house, it helps to have both there. Not so we can work on you as a pair, but so a question gets answered once, in front of everybody who has it.
Rather talk it through
Call instead
Dan answers his own phone, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Asking a question does not put you on a list.
