Pay your bill online
See what is due, pay an invoice, and put your salt deliveries and filter changes on automatic payment. It takes a couple of minutes and the page is open whenever you are.
What you can do from your account
Everything the office can do over the phone, you can do here at eleven at night.
Pay an invoice
Enter the account number and invoice number printed on your statement, tell us how much you want to pay, and finish the payment on our provider's secure page. A receipt goes to the email address on your account.
See what is due
Your current balance, the date each invoice was issued, and the date it is due, all on one screen. Past payments stay listed so you can check what you paid for a filter change two winters ago.
Set up autopay
Put recurring salt deliveries and annual filter changes on automatic payment so you are not chasing a paper invoice every season. You pick which services are included and you can turn any of them back off.
Update your card
Changed banks, or got a replacement card in the mail? Update the card on file yourself. The change takes effect on the next autopay run, so nothing gets missed in between.
Pay an invoice
You do not need to create anything or remember a password to pay a single invoice. The two numbers off your statement are enough.
Where to find your numbers
Both numbers are printed in the block at the top right of every statement we send. If you are paying from the ticket a technician left on the counter, they are on the bottom copy, just under the date.
If you cannot put your hands on either one, call the office at (614) 555-0100 and we will look it up while you are on the phone.
Paying part of a balance
You can pay less than the full amount. Put in the figure you want to pay and we apply it to the oldest open invoice first. If you are working out a longer arrangement, call us and we will set it down in writing.

Here is what we have. The next step is our payment provider's encrypted page, where you enter your card and finish the payment.

Autopay for salt and filter service
Most of what we bill a long-standing customer for is predictable. Salt goes out on a route, filters come due once a year, and the amounts barely move. Autopay exists so those routine charges stop being something you have to think about.
You choose what goes on it. Some customers put only their salt deliveries on autopay and keep everything else on paper. Others put salt, the annual K5 filter change, and the yearly water re-test on it and never look at an invoice again. Service calls and repairs are never charged automatically. Those are quoted, approved by you, and billed on their own.
- We email you the amount and the date at least five days before anything is charged, so there are no surprises on the statement.
- If the amount is different from last time, the email says why. A salt price change or an extra bag added to the delivery shows up in plain language.
- You can pause autopay, change which services are on it, or turn it off entirely from your account, or by calling the office.
- Turning autopay off does not change anything about your service. Your delivery schedule and your filter schedule stay exactly where they were.
If a card is declined, nothing dramatic happens. We email you, we try again a few days later, and if it still does not go through somebody here calls you.
Your card details never sit on this website
We are a water treatment company, not a bank, so we do not try to be one. Payments run through an established payment provider over an encrypted connection, and the card details are handled entirely on their side.
Card numbers are entered on the provider's page, not on any form we host. This website never sees the number.
No card details are stored on this site. What we keep here is your name, service address, equipment, and service history.
Every payment sends a receipt the same day, so you always have a record that does not depend on logging back in.
Question about an invoice?
Call the office at (614) 555-0100 and a person here will walk through the charges with you line by line. We would rather explain a bill than have you wondering about it.
