What Happens During Your Free Water Test
The visit takes about twenty minutes. We test for hardness, iron, pH, chlorine and total dissolved solids, and we ask a few questions about your household: how many people live there, how many bathrooms you have, and what you have noticed about your water. Those answers matter as much as the readings, because they decide how a system should be sized.
Before we leave, you get the results in writing along with a recommendation. If your water needs less treatment than you expected, the recommendation says so. If a problem calls for a certified lab test, we arrange it. There is no pressure to decide on the spot, and any written quote we give you is good for a year.
