Is There A Charge For The Water Test?
No. The in-home water test is free, and there is no obligation. A technician tests your water at the kitchen sink, explains the results, and leaves them with you in writing.
Which Areas Do You Serve?
We serve Columbus and central Ohio, including Worthington, Dublin, Westerville, Hilliard, Upper Arlington, Powell, Gahanna and the surrounding counties. If you are not sure whether we reach you, give us a call.
How Do You Price A New System?
From your water test and your household. We size each system to your results and your peak demand, and the price comes to you in writing. Every written quote is good for a year.
Do You Offer Financing?
Yes. Financing is available, and we walk through the options at the visit if you would like to hear them.
How Long Does Installation Take?
Most installations take about half a day. Our own technicians do the work, remove any old equipment, and walk you through the new system before they leave.
Do You Service Other Brands?
Yes. We service Kinetico systems and most other brands. If you have moved into a home with equipment already installed, we can check it and tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping.
Do I Need A Softener And A Drinking Water System?
They do different jobs. A softener removes hardness for the whole house, and a drinking water system filters the water you drink and cook with. Many homes use both, and your test results show which one to start with.
Does A Kinetico Softener Need Electricity?
No. Kinetico softeners run on the energy of moving water, so there is nothing to plug in, nothing to program, and nothing to reset after a power outage.
How Often Does The Softener Need Salt?
It depends on your water and your household. Kinetico softeners regenerate only when they need to, so they use less salt than timer-based systems. Our salt delivery service handles it on a schedule for you.
Can You Treat Well Water?
Yes. We test your well and design a treatment sequence for what we find, which often combines sediment, iron or sulfur filtration with a softener.
What Happens If Something Needs Repair?
Call our office and you will reach a local team, not a national line. We diagnose the problem and give you a written price before any work begins.
