We set a schedule based on your household and your softener, bring the salt to your home, and pour it into the brine tank so it is ready to work.
Kinetico softeners regenerate only when they need to, so they use less salt than timer-based systems, and your delivery schedule reflects that. If your household changes, a phone call adjusts the schedule. Our drivers also look over the brine tank on each visit, which is one more way small problems get caught early.
