What you pay, what you keep, and how to walk away. No fine print games.
Refunds and cancellation
Your setup fee is refundable until we deliver your first draft. Change your mind before we send you something to look at and you get the whole setup fee back, no questions and no restocking nonsense. Once the first draft is in your hands, the setup fee is earned and is not refundable, because the work is done.
Monthly service can be cancelled any time. Call 1-877-614-6144 or email us and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. Monthly fees are not prorated, so you keep your site and your service through the end of that month.
When your monthly service ends, your website comes down. Your domain and your content go with you, as described below.
What you pay
Every plan has a one-time setup fee and a monthly service fee, both published on the pricing page. You are buying two things: the site, covered by the one-time setup fee, and ongoing monthly service. Both are charged when you sign up, and the monthly continues on that date each month. Charges appear on your statement as MJM DESIGN. There are no contracts and no minimum terms. Dealers who signed up before 2026 keep their original monthly rate.
Card payments are handled by Stripe when you pay online. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and are never stored on this website. If online payment is not available when you order, we take payment by phone or invoice instead.
What you own, and what you do not
Your domain is registered in your name and is yours. Your content is yours too: your text, your photos, your reviews, your customer information. If you leave, all of it goes with you and we will help you move it.
The website itself is part of the monthly service, not a product you buy outright. The design, templates, and code stay ours and are licensed to you for as long as you are a subscriber. That is why the site comes down when the service ends. If you want to own a site outright, say so before we start and we will quote it separately.
What the monthly fee covers
Hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, uptime monitoring, and content edits. Ask for a change and we make it, usually within a business day or two. Large redesigns, new page templates, and new features beyond your plan are quoted separately before any work starts.
What we need from you
Timelines depend on you as much as us. To build your site we need your logo, your photos or permission to use stock, your service area and hours, and access to your domain. The 24-hour launch window for One-Page Launch sites starts once we have those things and your go-ahead.
Kinetico co-op funds
Many dealers get their setup fee reimbursed through Kinetico co-op. We provide the itemized invoice you submit. Approval is up to Kinetico and your regional representative, not up to us, and we cannot promise reimbursement.
What we do not promise
We do not promise specific search rankings, traffic numbers, or sales results, because nobody honest can. We build a fast, accurate, brand-compliant site and do the local SEO groundwork that helps. Hosting aims for continuous uptime but no host is perfect; if something breaks, we fix it as fast as we can.

Water Dealer Pro is a service of MJM Design. We are an independent vendor serving authorized, independent Kinetico dealers. We are not Kinetico Incorporated and we do not speak for them. Kinetico and the Kinetico logo are trademarks of Kinetico Incorporated, used here to describe the dealers we serve.
