On-site water testing with immediate results. No charge, no obligation. We test for hardness, iron, pH, chlorine, TDS, and more. This is always the first step.
System installation
Certified technicians install your Kinetico system cleanly and completely. Most residential installations take 2 to 4 hours. We set up, test, walk you through operation, and clean up before we leave.
Service and repair
We service all Kinetico systems we install, and most Kinetico equipment installed by others. Genuine Kinetico parts, competitive rates, and technicians who know these systems well.
Salt delivery
Regular salt delivery for your water softener, on a schedule that works for you or on demand when you need it. We carry the right salt type for your Kinetico system.
Filter replacements
Annual filter change service for K5 drinking water systems and whole-house filter housings. We remind you when it is time and handle the replacement.
Annual water re-testing
For well water customers especially, we recommend an annual water quality check. Water chemistry can change. We re-test your water and let you know if anything needs attention.
