Three systems, matched to your water

Every home is different. We start with a test, then recommend only what your water actually calls for.

Water softeners

Kinetico softeners run on the energy of moving water, not electricity. No timers to set, no power cord, and soft water available at every tap around the clock.

Drinking water systems

The K5 station sits under the sink and gives you better tasting water for coffee, cooking and the dog's bowl. Filters are matched to what your test finds.

Problem water treatment

Iron staining, sulfur smell, or well water that changes with the season. These need more than a softener, and we build the system around the test results.

How it works

Three steps, no pressure

We test your water

We come to the house, test what is coming out of your tap, and walk you through what the numbers mean in plain language. There is no charge and no obligation.

We recommend a system

You get a written recommendation and a price, based on your test results and the size of your household. If a softener alone will do it, we will tell you that.

We install and service it

Installation is usually a half day. After that we handle salt, filters and service, and you have a local number to call rather than a national help line.

Non-electric, twin tank, made in Ohio

Kinetico systems are built in Newbury, Ohio, and run without electricity. The twin tank design means one tank is always in service while the other regenerates, so you are never waiting on a timer or running out during a shower.

That also means no dials to program and nothing to reset after a power cut. It is a design that gets out of the way.
