Columbus and central Ohio
We test your water in your own kitchen, explain the results in plain language, and only then talk about equipment. Most homes need less than they expect.
Independent and locally owned. Serving central Ohio since 2009.
Start here
Water problems tend to show up as small daily annoyances long before anyone tests anything. These are the four we are called about most.
Spots on the glassware, scale on the kettle and shower head, soap that will not lather, and appliances that wear out sooner than they should. This is the most common finding in central Ohio.
Orange or brown marks in the sink, tub and toilet, and laundry that comes out looking worse than it went in. Iron needs different treatment from hardness, which is why the test matters.
Chlorine on the tongue, a sulfur smell when the hot tap runs, or coffee that never tastes right. Often solved at the drinking tap rather than by treating the whole house.
Water that behaves differently after heavy rain or through the seasons. A private well needs a system built around its own test results, not a standard package.

What we install
We fit Kinetico equipment because it runs on the energy of moving water rather than electricity, and because the twin tank design means soft water is available at any hour without waiting on a timer.
How it works
No hard sell at any stage. If your water is fine, we will tell you that and leave.
We come to the house and test what comes out of your tap. You get the numbers and an explanation of what each one means for your home.
A written recommendation and a fixed price, sized to your household. If a smaller system will do the job, that is what we quote.
Usually a half day. We take the old equipment away, show you how everything works, and leave you a local number for service.
We are an independent dealership, not a franchise call center. The person who installs your system is the person you reach when you need salt, a filter or a question answered.

Why non-electric
A Kinetico softener regenerates based on the water you actually use, driven by the flow through the system itself. There is no clock to set and nothing to reconfigure after a power cut.
Because one tank is always in service while the other regenerates, you are not waiting on a cycle to finish before the next shower.
Next step
Twenty minutes at your kitchen sink and you will know exactly what you are dealing with. No obligation and no follow up you did not ask for.
Thank you, that is booked.
We will call to arrange a time that suits you. If it is easier, call us directly on (614) 555-0100.
